I’m not looking forward to sleep. I feel like throwing up thinking about sleep. What’s the point of sleep when all I do is dream through the night and wake up feeling like crap?

I had a bad dream last night. It lasted 6 episodes. I thought a day had passed through my dreams.
Last night was one of the worse ones. But the dreams weren’t terrifying or any of that sort, just exhausting.

A good night’s sleep

Last night, I slept well. I woke at 9AM and felt great, for the first time in a very long time. I didn’t dream of anything until an hour before I woke. I can’t remember what it was, but it wasn’t traumatic.
Mindful breathing works.
Breathing in, I calm my body.
Breathing out, I smile.

Non-sleep

This is insane. For the third consecutive night, I spent the whole night dreaming. I don’t mean dream like waking up and going “mmm that was some night” but dream like opening up my eyes halfway through the dream closing my eyes and continuing the dream till it’s time to wake up.
