Ward 45

I’m listening to Eric Clapton’s Tears in Heaven. Reminded me of the times at Ward 45, NUH. Reminded me of Khamisan, who was 17 back in 2004.
He died of kidney failure in 2005. He was then almost blind, bed-ridden, his growth stunted to a height of roughly 150cm, and hunch-backed.
